About Us:

322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House, under the leadership of award-winning chef entrepreneur David Wiederholt, offers an innovative culinary experience across our locations in North Wilmington, DE; Mullica Hill, NJ; and Swedesboro, NJ. We blend the unique flavors of a donut shop, butcher shop, BBQ, and bar into one dynamic dining atmosphere. We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Position Available:

• Line Cook Breakfast
• Line Cook Lunch
• Line Cook Dinner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards.
2. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
3. Ensure food presentation and portioning are consistently executed.
4. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Transportation: Must have reliable means of transportation.
• Availability: Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Skills: Good knife skills, familiarity with various cooking methods and equipment.
• Attitude: Passionate about food and providing high-quality work.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
