As we gear up for production beginning in February 2024, we are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to be a part of our team from the ground up.

Position Overview:As a Converting Line Operator at TPO Paper Converting, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in the production of high-quality bath tissue and paper towels. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the cutting-edge Maflex Converting Line and Infinity wrapper machines, ensuring efficient and seamless production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the Maflex Converting Line and Infinity wrapper machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to optimize machine performance.
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a tissue paper converting operator or in a similar role.
• Technical knowledge of Maflex Converting Line and Infinity wrapper machines is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.50 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
