Position Title:Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead, Digital Technology
Location: Hoboken, NJ or Remote
Reports to: Senior Manager, UX
The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead will manage a multi-brand testing program: ensuring that impactful experiments are properly identified, prioritized, executed, and analyzed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal planning meetings and lead the creation & implementation of the A/B testing road map and schedule
- Analyze experiment results and identify successes, failures, and trends, and effectively communicate these findings to key partners and stakeholders
- Create high-quality, comprehensive testing program deliverables such as experiment testing schedule and roadmaps, case-studies, and other miscellaneous reports and artifacts
- Troubleshoot and spot existing issues with optimization test set-ups and present results
- Ability to manage multiple projects with rapidly changing variables and eager to take end-to-end ownership with little supervision
- Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Internalized knowledge of eCommerce and the role that usability, user research, and user experience plays in achieving online business goals
- Generate and gather ideas from stakeholders to form strong, testable hypotheses
- Write experiment plans, determine valuable metrics and design meaningful tests that add value and insights
- Coordinate and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders in Marketing Technology, Product, Research, Design, DTC to plan and execute A/B Testing Roadmap
- A good level of front-end development skills: using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create and edit experiments
- Have full ownership and accountability for successful execution of testing projects
- Evangelize A/B Testing across teams and brands
- Use analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the outcomes from the tests: AB Tasty, FullStory, GA
- Manage external/3rd party relationships related to our Experimentation Program: CXperts (Optimization) & ABTasty (Testing Platform)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Proficiency with A/B Testing platforms: Optimizely, Google Optimize, ABTasty
- 5 years of experience in CRO/AB Testing
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction and/or oversight
- Familiarity and experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Good understanding and working knowledge of data analytics, UX research, UX design, CRO, and front-end development
