To succeed in this role:
The successful applicant will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, have demonstrated solid mechanical aptitude, have good people skills and have a professional attitude. Additionally, the selected candidate must have working knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic components. Completion of a hydraulics repair course from an accredited college and/or equivalent of work experience with Danfoss, Eaton and / or Vickers is a plus.

Your Activities Will Include:
- Review of product nomenclature to determine components needed for converting product.
- Disassembly and reassembly of hydraulic pumps, motors and valves.
- Documentation of conversions, repairs and / or maintenance performed.
- Analyze test results, machine error messages, or information obtained from operators to diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic and / or equipment problems.
- Record parts or materials used and order or requisition new parts or materials as necessary.
- Examination of parts for defects.
- Understanding of blueprints or manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation or operation of equipment.
- Cleaning, lubricating, or adjusting parts, equipment, or machinery.
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning hydraulic or pneumatic components or equipment.
- Repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment as needed.
- Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices.

- Hydraulics repair course from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is preferred
