Qualifications
· Proficiency in operating manual machines such as lathes and mills.
· Solid understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision measurements using micrometers.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience required.
· Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
· Must be able to set up and operate conventional lathes and mills to produce precision parts.
· Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.
· Must perform quality control during operation and maintain cleanliness.
· Verbal communication, attention to detail and problem-solving.
· Adjust feeds, speeds and depths of cut to machine quality parts.
· Inspect parts for conformance using measuring instruments, such as gages, calipers, micrometers and comparators.
· Maintain equipment to ensure cleanliness, accuracy and reliability.
· Observe all company policies and procedures, including safety rules, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Pay based upon experience and ability.

Pay: $22.93 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
