What you’ll be doing:
Leading by example is what you’ll do every day!! Mentoring and training co-workers while delegating tasks and performing daily operational duties inside and outside the store is what you can expect in this role while having fun! You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of the store operations, help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
This position serves as the shift supervisor and works closely with the store manager to foster a culture of fast-paced, customer-focused service while keeping co-workers on task an making independent decisions as needed to achieve daily goals.

We're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year Retail/food service experience
- Experience in a leadership/supervisory role
