Ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, be able to multitask and willing to oversee and work in various duties including, Invoicing, billing, payroll, retirement planning, health and corporate insurance, working with clients and following up on accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- communicate clearly and efficiently with other members of your team and company ownership.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Knowledge of SAGE accounting software or ability to learn it quickly.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
