Controller

We at LHH Recruitment Solutions are partnering with a $40m organization seeking a new Controller to lead their team through growth initiatives and be a hands-on support to their developing accounting & finance division. An excellent opportunity for those looking to strategize efficiencies in month-end processes and lead expansion initiatives for an organization at their next phase in growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $120K-150K base + bonus
• 3 weeks PTO

The role:

• Oversight of general ledger, sub-ledgers, transactional accounting department
• Hands-on mentor to small accounting & finance team
• Optimize month-end close processes
• Working with other line managers, strong cross-collaboration!
• Assist in company new verticals expansion efforts

We are looking for:

• 8+ years of accounting & finance experience, 2+ as a leader within scope
• Bachelors degree in relevant field
• Strong ERP system experience
• Direct report experience with open door policy for mentoring
• Strong hands on exposure to month-end close processes preferred in a manufacturing realm
