Control Room Operator (m/f/d)
for our central Control room in Carthage, NC.
Your responsibilities:
- Operating and controlling the cement rotary kiln plant and lime shaft furnaces, as well as the cement and lime mills in a threeshift operation
- Operating measurement, monitoring, and communication equipment to produce products of the intended quality
- Identifying technical malfunctions, assessing their impact, and initiating countermeasures
- Retrieving, recording, and providing production data for processing
- Handling production protocols according to specifications
- Daily logging of entries (malfunctions or plant conditions) in the shift book
- Coordinating fuel deliveries (lignite, alternative fuels, and gas) according to the respective furnace condition
