Wealth ManagementControl Program Lead
The Wealth Management (WM) Control Program Lead is a part of the WM Control team and responsible for ensuring appropriate program management across WM Control's wide mandate of programs and projects, including identifying and proactively tracking key milestones, requests, and/or deadlines. Programs involve delivery of critical strategic business capabilities or changes that impact all Practices within Wealth Management.
The Program Lead is responsible for oversight of Program updates and enhancements, as well as coordinating, aiding or owning preparation of applicable materials for key stakeholders and WM Leadership on behalf of the WM Control Practice Lead. The Program Lead may need to attend critical meetings on behalf of other critical WM Control Team members. Programs within the mandate of WM Control execution include, but are not limited to: Operational Resilience, RCSA, Business Continuity, Third Party Risk, Product and Process Risk, Monitoring and Testing, and managing WM's Issue Remediation portfolio.
Major Duties:
1. Focus of role is on execution of programs initiated to deliver a change in the strategic direction of business function activities; expansion of critical business capabilities or implementation of cross business unit change
2. Manages implementation of complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
3. Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business and technology to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
4. Communication of program objectives; risks; issues and overall status to multiple levels of the organization
5. Facilitation of cross discipline (within and across business units) coordination for decision making regarding scope; prioritization and issue resolution

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Prior Risk Management, Control, or Audit experience a plus
- In-depth functional, technical and/or industry knowledge
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine each Program's goals, structure, budget and resource need
- Team work skills to drive execution without direct reporting line responsibilities
Experience:
- Seasoned risk, control, or process expert with program/project management expertise that has been developed over 15+ years of experience
- Technical and/or business knowledge developed through previous industry experience
