General Job Description:
The Control Desk Monitor, under the supervision of the Case Manager, shall be responsible for all operations occurring at the Control Desk area including secretarial duties and any other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma. Ability to interact well with public. Good phone etiquette, good vision, and ability to set for long periods of time. Must be able to pass criminal background check.
Specific Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
· Serve as receptionist for Center, answer telephone, sort and distribute mail.
· Monitor security cameras, door alarm panel, and fire alarm system.
· Admit and screen visitors.
· Maintain detention, isolation and suicide logs.
· Perform routine clerical duties as assigned.
· Read the daily log before coming on duty.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 per hour
