We are looking for a self-motivated team player individual that works well under pressure. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must. We are looking for an individual with dealership experience as a Contracts Clerk. DMV processing experience a plus.
* New Car Contracts Accounting through CDK, electronic scanning of all car deals.
* New Car DMV processing through AVRS
* Reconciling all schedules pertaining to Vehicle Receivables and DMV
* Submitting Incentives and reconciling Service Contracts and Aftermarket Products
* Reconciling Reserve Statements
* Reconciling of Sales Commissions
* Willing to cross training and assist during month end
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
