Adecco is seeking an experienced Contracts and Customer Service Representative for a local client based out of East Granby, CT. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Position Details:
· 1st shift
· Pay: $20/hr
Your Challenge:
· Prepare reports for Sales Team in addition to other related reports.
· Interacts with all levels of the organization and external contacts/customers on a daily basis.
· Timely and accurate entering of new orders and amendments into Sales Order System
· Ensure orders match quote (price & delivery)
· Interacts with customers via telephone and person contact on all issues regarding service
· Support Field Sales Representatives in various aspects of sales program
Your Expertise:
· Minimum 5 years of experience, aerospace industry preferred.
· Attention to detail is critical component to this position
· Strong interpersonal skills are a must
· Ability to work independently under general direction on a variety of special projects.
· Maintains confidentiality of all information and files.
· Ability to work well with number and quantitative information.
· Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Outstanding Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Education Requirements:
· Associates degree in Business or related field a plus
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
