Contract/Part-Time Designer with HTML/CSS Skills (Remote)

We are currently looking for a talented and creative Part-time/Contract Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and be passionate about design, with a portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of clean, sleek, and futuristic designs. You will have an intermediate or higher level of HTML/CSS skills so that you can build things out to 80-90% before passing it on to our front end developer. You will work closely with our team to ensure that designs align with our brand guidelines and effectively convey our messaging. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other members of the team on projects, providing input and creative ideas to help bring our vision to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various marketing collateral, including website design, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and other print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives.
• Work with copywriter and project manager to ensure that design and copy are aligned.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand guidelines, ensuring all designs adhere to these guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies that can improve our design capabilities.

Requirements:

• Native proficiency in English.
• Proven experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficient in HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of best practices for web design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
