As a Principal Change Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading change success within Prosci’s medium to large-scale projects, specifically concentrated on ERP implementations, digital transformations, organization design and executive coaching. In addition, you will actively engage in driving strategic change initiatives with clients. This involves facilitating strategy workshops and identifying holistic opportunities to enhance and fortify the client’s change management capabilities.

Responsibilities
Principal Change Advisors are primarily focused on leading change projects and building strategic solutions, including:
Lead medium to large change projects
- Coach the journey from Knowledge to Adoption (K to A) for client executive leaders, ensuring project change success.
- Create change capability by coaching and empowering change practitioners within the organization.
- Align with client-specific needs to expedite results on medium to large scale projects, complex changes, and high-risk initiatives.
- Apply Prosci methodology, tools, and research, leveraging extensive change management experience to successfully deliver client change initiatives.
- Direct the efforts of the team, including Change Advisors and Change Analysts.
- Facilitate and influence Sponsor discussions, decision-making, and execution, engaging with a C-Suite audience on large complex projects.
- Provide continuous and effective change management application.
Driving strategic work
- Facilitate strategy workshops with clients, in order to build their enterprise change practice or Change Management Office (CMO).
- Design, implement, and refine a framework and process for long-term client support and engagement.
- Identify, explore, and recommend holistic opportunities to expand and deepen the client relationship, embedding Change Management Capabilities without creating client dependency on Prosci.
Candidate Profile
Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies:
Qualifications
- Masters level qualification or equivalent business experience.
- Demonstrates professional maturity with proven executive-level career experience, emphasizing leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
- 7+ years of consulting/professional services experience, and with a minimum of seven years specializing in change management displaying a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and client needs.
- Exhibits project team leadership and coaching experience, highlighting the ability to lead teams and guide individuals through change journeys effectively.
- Excellent facilitation and workshop skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and drive collaborative decision-making.
- Prosci Change Management Methodology certification required. Advanced certification(s) preferred.
Technical/Functional Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; demonstrates strong digital skills and adaptability to modern workplace tools.
- Working knowledge of virtual meeting platforms, including diagnostic capabilities (Teams, Zoom, etc.) reflecting a commitment to effective remote collaboration.
- Proven experience through the successful execution of five or more full life cycle change management initiatives, indicating a track record of driving change success.
- Demonstrated deep understanding and application of the Prosci Change Management Methodology at the enterprise level
