Contractor Access Officer (Weekend Position)

Yellowstone Club’s Property Owners Association is seeking candidates for a Contractor Access Officer position. This is a full-time year-round position located in Big Sky, Montana.

The purpose of the Contractor Access Officer is to assist in the daily operations and duties directly related to the access to the Yellowstone Club of the contractors, vendors, and employees. This is a Weekend Position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Interact with contractors and vendors of the Yellowstone Club to provide assistance in access and safety, bolster loss prevention efforts, and offer general customer assistance.
• Answer contractors and vendors telephone, facsimile, email and mail in a timely manner.
• Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
• Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
• Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times.
• Maintain documentation for contractor and vendors including but not limited to access paperwork, reports and RFID cards.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekend hours. This position will be Friday - Sunday with the employees' option to work Thursday or Monday as well. Typical working hours will be 10 hours/day. The minimum hours required for this role are 30 hours/week, and the employee will have all Full-Time Year-Round benefits available to them.
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years experience in customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite of Products
