Contracted K-12 BCBA - Massachusetts

Soliant has partnered with a school district near Needham, MA to fill a vacant position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for this school year.

Description of Position:

• Full time (37.5 Hours/Week)
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm
• Caseload: 15 Students
• Duration of Contract: ASAP - June 2024 (Possibility of extension/renewal)
• Pay: $38-46/Hourly Paid Weekly
• The primary responsibilities for this role are as follows:
  • Consult w/ teachers
  • Conduct FBAs, write behavior plans, & oversee classroom behavior plans
  • Oversee teacher assistant implementation of BIPs

Required Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as well asLABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst)
