Job Title: Contract Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Location:Holly Springs, NC
Duration: 06 Months Contract

Major Accountabilities:
• Manages the overall recruitment process for placement of candidates from both internal and external sources into roles.
• Provide staffing partner support to hiring managers to advise staffing strategy of open positions
• Drives recruiting efforts for a broad range of engineering, administrative, scientific, professional, finance and IT positions with a goal of facilitating the right hire in a timely manner.
• Maintains and cultivates effective working relationships with hiring managers.
• dvises hiring managers related to best practices and staffing policies; initiating resolution to staffing challenges
• Collaborates with other staffing team members as needed to leverage efficiencies in recruitment
• Consults directly with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
• Conducts initial phone screening and interviews with both internal & external candidates
• Participates as a member of the interviewing team and provides general company culture and benefit information to candidates.
• Manages requisition details by opening requisitions in Workday, maintaining updates for candidate records and position details, and dispositioning candidates appropriately
• Leads candidate debrief sessions with hiring managers and interview panels prior to final candidate selections
• Partners with staffing and HR colleagues to generate offers, obtain approvals, and extend to selected candidates
• May attend local job fairs and recruiting events within RTP, NC area at partner schools and organizations
• Work closely with RPO team to ensure effective sourcing.

Skills:
• BA/BS degree with at least 1 year of direct recruiting experience
• Experience in biotechnology / pharma industry required with full life-cycle recruitment (emphasis on selection of candidates and stakeholder management)
• Experience supporting a manufacturing site preferred
• Experience as staffing business partner or on-site staffing experience highly preferred
• Experience working with managers from initial intake discussions to offer
• Workday experience a plus

Education:
• BA/BS degree with at least 1 year of direct recruiting or HR experience.
