Job Description
- Provide support to Government acquisition organization with requirements and pre/post award acquisition activities
- Prepare requirements documentation to include Statement of Objectives (SOO) and
- Performance Work Statements (PWS)
- Prepare market research documentation and Independent Government Cost Estimates
- Support the development of the Acquisition Plan (FAR Part 7)
- Support justification and approval (FAR parts 6,8,13,16)
- Assist with preparation of technical evaluation criteria and justification for contract type
- Provide admin support to CORs to include updating contract tracking logs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years Government procurement experience
- Basic knowledge of FAR
- Knowledge of Purchase Request Information System Management (PRISM), Federal Financial Management (FFMS) and Acquisition Information Management (AIM) systems helpful
- Knowledge MS 365 suite (to include PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Power App, Power Automate, Power BI), digital graphic design, business process modeling, program management, project management/coordination, industry project management methodologies such as Agile and/or Scrum and best practices/guidelines in these areas helpful
