Hunting for a seasoned Contract Project Manager specializing in SolidWorks to work with our team! This position will be responsible for project drawings, and design setup located in Winsted, MN. The ideal candidate should possess project management skills and technical proficiency in CAD software with a background in updating technical drawings. This first shift contract is starting immediately with a negotiable starting wage. Opportunity to move into a hybrid schedule!
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings based on engineering specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand product and drawing standards
- Conduct design reviews, analyze data, and troubleshoot design issues to optimize product functionality and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proven experience with 3 years of Project Engineer or Design experience with a focus on utilizing SolidWorks for design and modeling tasks.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a must.
