Contract PowerBuilder Programmer

Duties:

• Responsible for complex systems analysis, design, development, and documentation
• Review functional requirements and develop design specifications to meet the requirements
• Develop PowerBuilder programs and database scripts using T-SQL
• Perform unit tests to verify the application functionality against the requirements/design specification

Skills: .

• 8-10 years of PowerBuilder programming experience
• Over 5 years of SQL server developement using T-SQL. Oracle PL/SQL programming skill preferred
• 2 to 3 years of experience developing/supporting applications in a manufacturing environment or a regulated environment
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo
• Ability to drive for results and meet project deadlines.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent technical field.
