Are you ready to take on a role that lets you dive deep into the world of Market Access? As a Contract Operations Manager, you'll be the linchpin in our operations, working with internal and external customers on all aspects of Market Access. You'll be responsible for the receipt, analysis, impact, resolution, and posting/reporting of all contractual payments across multiple customer segments. This role will also see you developing Market Access contracts, managing business operations, and ensuring contract compliance.
Accountabilities:
Your day-to-day tasks will involve validating, monitoring, and updating Customer Master Data, processing and analyzing customer activity, understanding, and interpreting contract language, developing strong working relationships with internal and external customers, contributing to contract management strategies, meeting compliance-related requirements, participating in cross-functional teams, and developing reporting techniques/tools.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience
- Contract Language Experience
- Logic and mathematical skills
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word & Power Point
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and trends
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- MBA
- Understanding of AZ business model with specific knowledge of Contract Operations
- Pharmaceutical or related healthcare business experience
