Contract LPN - LTC

Position: LPN - Nursing Home

• Location: Clinton, OH
• Shift: 2:00PM - 10:30PM
• Requirements: LPN License
• Pay: $45/hr
• At least one year pertinent experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the scope of LPN practice.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in Ohio.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a correctional or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
