Responsibilities
- Process subcontracts / agreements associated with Construction Projects
- Audit and Process invoices associated with Construction Projects, Campus Maintenance, and Store Property Management.
- Log insurance certificates in software system.
- Setup new vendors in software system.
- Follow up with fellow team members, contractors, vendors regarding requested paperwork.
- Additional Duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Description - Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Education associated with Accounting practices in addition to 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Construction / Building Maintenance practices. (2+ years)
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office version 2013 or later.
- Extensive experience with Data Entry and Typing
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with team members at various levels of management.
