Sunbelt Staffing, a nationwide healthcare staffing agency, is excited to partner with a leading nationwide Home Health agency in Redding, CA. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract.
Contract Details:
- Job Type: Contract (13 weeks)
- Location: Redding, CA
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Compensation:Competitive hourly pay (negotiable based on experience and territory)
- Benefits:Mileage reimbursement,Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) plan
Job Requirements:
- Active CaliforniaRN License
- Active American Heart Association BLS or American Red Cross BLS
- At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
- Oasis and Homecare Homebase experience (mandatory)
Job Duties:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their healthcare needs are met with compassion and expertise.
- Craft personalized care plans and deliver skilled nursing interventions to enhance patients' well-being.
- Utilize Oasis and Homecare Homebase for meticulous documentation and effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide holistic care.
- Empower patients and their families with education on health management and self-care, enhancing their quality of life.
