The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. I have also included a sample of a completed profile for your reference. Please utilize the formatting

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Must be registered in Echo or Vascular through ARDMS or CCI
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Registered in both Echo and Vascular
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Echocardiograms, Stress Echocardiogram, Carotid Duplex, Lower and Upper Arterial Duplex, Renal Artery Duplex, Abdominal Aorta Duplex
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
Scrub Color - Olive Top, Black Bottoms
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.
