Job Overview
Provides support to the Managed Care Contracting department for Deaconess Health System, Deaconess Health Plans & Deaconess OneCare. This includes assisting payors and providers with network issues, coordinating the provider directory, completing payor audits, maintain / update payor rate grids and importing and updating of payor contracts within iContracts.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Health Information Management or three plus years related healthcare concentration area preferred.
