Brief role description:
This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of pricing to our contract customers, auditing and reporting to key stakeholders, and to limit financial exposure to the Company by assisting with the management of the Vendor A/R Trial Balance.
Primary areas of responsibility:

• Creates and maintains vendor pricing agreements. Contacts vendors or Brands as needed for local updated pricing and deviated contract documentation. Runs & reviews reports to validate vendor/customer agreements. Maintains audit logs. Confirms the Distributed Profit Management deviated vendor/customer agreements set up by Corp. to be correct as well as entering & maintaining the locally controlled agreements in place for DPM Customer Groups.
• Works closely with AP/AR to research, approve or decline vendor claims regarding bill backs /misc. billings and deductions. Manages annual and ongoing self-assessment function and oversees continuous review of internal processes to ensure compliance,
• MDA management-includes create and follow the price rule/brand audit calendar. Internal audit within department, MDA, Price Rules, Agreements. Completes/responds to monthly external audits for Natl Accts. Responsible for Monthly Brand/CMU transactional reporting published to key stakeholders. Creates and publishes monthly order guides for CMU business. Creates and Reports monthly KPI Metric reports and publishes to internal management and external brand/CMU leaders.
• Pricing/Quoting of sales orders/proformas for select segments of CMU business.
• New Customer Acct set up
  Back up to Vendor set up/maintenance. Compliance follow-up activities (HHA, COI)
  Price verifications for daily stock transfers
  Ad hoc report requests

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years' experience in an office environment required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Analytical skills, high attention to detail and the ability to problem solve. Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed to support other areas. Excellent communication skills are required. Previous experience with AS400 is a plus.
