Position Description
Advertised Job Summary The Continuous Quality Improvement Manager is a key leadership position within the Student Health and Well-Being Unit. This role is responsible for driving and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of health and wellbeing services provided to university students. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
-Master's degree in a related field: Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Quality Improvement, etc.
-Proven experience in Continuous Quality Improvement within a healthcare or university setting.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Continuous Quality Improvement plan aligned with the goals and objectives of the Student Health and Well-Being Unit.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate Quality Improvement initiatives into the unit's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 15 Job Duty - Develop and implement a comprehensive Continuous Quality Improvement plan aligned with the goals and objectives of the Student Health and Well-Being Unit.

Data Analysis and Performance Metrics:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to student health and well-being services, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of health services, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

- Implement evidence-based practices and benchmarks to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve the overall student experience.
