This is intended to be a Coordinator level and will be very transactional (90% of what they do is perform error investigations). Need candidates who are critical thinkers, can solve problems, are savvy with using reports and computer systems, and are strong at technical writing. Don’t need leadership experience or true Lean Six Sigma experience, just a mindset of continuous improvement and quality control.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires broad training in fields such as office administration, quality assurance, warehouse operations, continuous improvement, or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires 1+ years' directly related and progressively responsible experience.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
·Tech Savvy, must be able to navigate basic computer functions. The internal system is not very user-friendly.
· Excellent oral and written communication
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to work under limited guidance
· Ability to maintain knowledge associated with ICS Inc. operations
· Strong analytical skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as the latest versions of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
