Rate Range: $55-$60/Hr
Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and evaluate data to identify patterns and validate accuracy and process performance.
• Support Complex Process Improvement Workshops
• Drive Complex Root Cause Analysis meetings
• Support Operational Excellence work
• Support creation of KPIs for operational scorecards
• Drive Incident Management activities
• Identify key issues, trends, and potential root causes that point to improvement opportunities
• Provide explanations, interpretations, and recommendations for process improvements
• Lead by example as an active change agent by leveraging influencing skills that come from prior Continuous Improvement experience
• Establishes strong, effective and collaborative partnerships with key business area leaders and subject matter experts
• Support the business area with a solid understanding of the strategic direction and goals. Focus on ideas that strive to eliminate redundancy, improve client satisfaction, and increase efficiency through LEAN & Six Sigma tools and other Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Quantifies and develops appropriate cost benefit measures for new or redesigned value-added processes
• Collects, analyses and presents business results to cross functional leadership teams
• Provides training, coaching and mentoring on the use and practice of Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools

• Root cause analysis, identify key issues, trends, and potential root causes that point to improvement opportunities,
•  Experience with complex improvements and projects
• Making good relationships with internal business partners and leaders

• Job-related experience in Continuous Improvement and operational support required
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and project management skills required
• Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels individually and as part of a team and to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, deal with stress associated with a fast-paced work environment, and remain flexible and adaptable in changing situations
• Must be able to facilitate solutions across departments and teams in a collaborative manner
• Experience managing projects while working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must be self-directed and foster initiative in others
