Qualifications Job Summary: The Content Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining social media strategies and platforms, email marketing content development, developing website content, supporting website maintenance, and representing the Memorial Marketing and Communications Department at community events. The role is responsible for driving success and meeting measurable metrics across all touchpoints, coordinating tactics to achieve business objectives, and assisting team members and vendors to adhere to centralized, engaging and accurate messaging to maintain brand integrity. Job Specifications: Responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and maintaining the health system's organic social media strategies and content development across all digital channels Responsible for social media strategies on key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube to aid in brand awareness, increase engagement and conversions Monitor and encourage audience engagement on a daily basis on social media channels and online platforms to maintain client customer service, encourage interaction, and assist with reputation management Tracks social media key performance indicators and monitors return on investment to measure the success of social media strategies.

Collects and organizes metrics into reports on social media performance to share a qualitative and quantitative analysis with management and stakeholders Supports the marketing and communications team through creative and innovative ideas, from conception to implementation, by copywriting for all Memorial communication channels, identifying storytelling opportunities throughout the system, and assisting in project coordination Encourages employee engagement on social media channels through social media advocacy program Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, high-quality content that showcases Memorial's mission, values, and services while developing and utilizing a variety of content types such as copy, photos and video Researches and implements opportunities for Memorial's marketing and communications team to improve its storytelling across all channels Stays up to date with the latest social media best practices and technology Conducts regular meetings with senior management to share new trends, information, and insights to educate the team on new opportunities, technologies, and shifts in consumer behavior which drives social media strategies Meets timelines for regular and assigned deliverables Responsible for email marketing strategy and content development, implementing best practices for internal and external audiences Supports email marketing development for internal and external audiences Focuses on embracing leading-edge technologies with the goal of determining what, if any, new or modified digital knowledge is required to maximize results and determines how to share and archive that data for maximum positive impact toward the health system's goals Supports marketing operations to accomplish successful business strategies Expands marketing and communication tactics by utilizing mediums and tactics such as podcasts, apps, blogs, and more to reach varying demographics Works with marketing and communications team members, specifically public relations, to deliver relevant and timely messages, press releases, and updates throughout all platforms Enforces logo, graphics, and brand standards across all digital platforms across the health system Provides leadership with market research information and recommendations utilizing demographic, statistical, and industry trends data Develops tracking mechanisms and coordinates with management and internal service-line or event contacts to monitor outcomes of campaigns Required Qualifications: Education: High School or GED. Experience: Two (2) years experience (with degree requirement) or at least six (6) years of experience (with no degree) developing, managing, or monitoring public-faced social media platforms and digital content creation. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Information Systems, or other relevant fields of study.
