The Content and Commerce Program Support will work in collaboration with the Lead and client to plan and executive at the Olympic Games. This individual is expected to manage the infrastructure of the program, which may include:

  • Itinerary development and management, budget support, accommodations, transportation, ticketing, hospitality lounge / function space, reporting and communication management, food and beverage, cultural activities and entertainment, gifting/uniforms, and on-site staff management.

 

The ideal candidate will have / be:

  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and support multiple markets in reaching one, main objective
  • Ability to create and manage processes

GMR has a large, integrated team of veteran and subject matter experts to support across this Olympic Sponsor's business portfolio, allowing us to meet the individual needs of each client team while ensuring consistency and continuity across all output. The Operations Team is dedicated to creating and executing a once-in-a-lifetime experience for client's B2B guests at the Olympic Games. REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Event Operations. Supports operational planning, inclusive of weekly calls, owning agendas, and program related follow ups.
  • Client Relations. Direct integration with client Communications team leads is possible for answering of specific questions; role is not created as a conduit to Communications team leads but rather as a support mechanism for host country program single point of contact.
  • Guest Experience & Hospitality Expertise. Guest itinerary development and management including evolving sport event schedules, meals, transport movements, and any other directive from the client host country lead. You will be specifically responsible for oversight of the development of itineraries for up to 200 groups (300 guests).
  • Ability to travel internationally for site visits and onsite event execution period in July/August 2024 during Olympics (Pre-Games + Games Times).
