Contact Center Representative
Cobalt Credit Union - Headquarters

Hours:
Monday through Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday
8:00am to 12:00pm (noon)
As our Contact Center Representative, you will answer members questions and calls each day. You will provide exceptional service to our members, resolving problems and recommending solutions. To thrive in this role, you must be driven to help others and provide exceptional service.
Cobalt Credit Union, based in Papillion, Nebraska, employs over 250 team members throughout our twenty-seven locations. Cobalt Credit Union was established in 1946 to serve the military and we now offer our services to all community members within the counties that we serve.
