Contact Center Representative

DIVERSIFIED MEMBERS CREDIT UNION, DETROIT, is looking for a full-time Contact Center representative. This individual must be friendly, outgoing, and have a “can do” attitude. The qualified individual must have excellent communication skills, be a good listener with the ability to ask appropriate questions. This position requires the individual to promote the credit union and its products. Effective representatives provide exceptional member service and problem resolution. Contact Center and/or Customer Service and sales experience preferred. Please submit resume with cover letter.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
