Position Title: Contact Center Quality Control Specialist
Reports to: Contact Center Manager & Officer
Full-time, onsite
Summary:
The Contact Center Quality Control Specialist will provide support to the entire department by completing verification of customer and account maintenance documentation. This role has the potential to become hybrid upon full competency of responsibilities.
This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Daily maintenance verification by auditing forms completed by the Contact Center Agents
- Completing the fraud verification process by directly contacting customers
- Assist with processing wire transfers for our business customers
- Open checking and savings accounts that originate from the Greenfield Savings Bank website
- Assist the Contact Center with taking inbound phone & ITM calls as needed
- Responsible for being compliant and understanding the Bank’s policies, procedures and legal guidelines
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Assume responsibility for self-improvement
- Additional duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a call center or 1-2 years of banking experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Great interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
