Infosys is seeking a Content Center Engineer position you will act as a professional across the different stages of project. You will gather both technical and functional requirements, You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Location for this position is Dallas, TX. This position may require 20% travel.
At least 2 years of Relevant Information Technology experience
U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. we are not able to sponsor at this time.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 year of experience in build/modify/migrate/support Cisco Contact Center solutions.
At least 2 year of experience working with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
Good knowledge on Contact Center solutions like Cisco, Genesys cloud, AWS Connect, Nice InContact
Knowledge in automation and API integrations
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
