Spark Dental Management is seeking a highly skilled Bi-lingual Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will assist patients with tasks such as registration, scheduling, and appointment confirmation.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess excellent written and communication skills.
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 7:30am - 5:30pm Friday from 8am - 1:30pm
What You Will Do
- Assist callers with scheduling appointments, appointment confirmations, record requests etc.
- Secure and input accurate demographic and financial information from patients
- Accurately enter data in system
What You Will Need
- Minimum of one (1) years of working experience in a health care environment, call center, or customer service-oriented role
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
