Are you experienced in client-facing roles and have a background in Consumer Learning or data analytics? If so, this Team Leader role might be perfect for you. As the head of the Consumer Learning Team, you will be in charge of gathering internal and external consumer insights to enhance strategies and services across our organization.

Reporting to the VP of Global Communications, as the Consumer Learning Team Leader, you will leverage your expertise to help partners achieve their learning objectives and enhance solutions for clients to achieve their financial goals and employees to build lasting careers. You will lead your team in projects and support their career growth.
Consumer Learning utilizes various tools to uncover consumer decision-making processes and provides valuable insights into their behaviors. We conduct unique projects for business clients and support ongoing learning initiatives such as client satisfaction surveys and employee-facing feedback surveys. You will also oversee vendor relationships related to Consumer Learning tools like Qualtrics.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead various research projects to understand our audiences and explore new markets
- Manage research projects end-to-end: design research plans, conduct surveys, manage scheduling, and present findings to partners
- Utilize your expertise to enhance marketing strategies based on consumer and market research
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Manage research project budgets with vendors
Your Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of client-facing experience and a strong background in Consumer Learning and data analytics
- Proficiency in quantitative surveying and statistics
- Experience with project management and prioritizing tasks with varying complexities
- Familiarity with tools like Qualtrics, HotJar, and Excel
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Optimization is a plus
