Professional, Pacific Northwest's leading accounts receivable management firm, has an immediate opening for a Consumer Help Desk Representative. We are looking for individuals to join our dynamic team that truly want to help others. We help consumers using cutting edge omni-channel communication technology to provide excellent customer service to consumers at every touch point via text, live chat, email and phone calls.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, working 10am - 7 pm CST.
Where you will work: This is a Work From Home opportunity for those in the Houston, Texas area only!
Work-from-Home Requirements:
  • Dedicated, private room in your home that is quiet during work hours.
  • Internet connection of 50 MB or more, which is hard-wired (Ethernet connected) from the modem to your company PC.
  • You must have a laptop to use during the initial training. Professional will provide all computer equipment after the initial training.
  • Your desktop work surface must have room for 2 PC monitors.
  • You will be required to sign and acknowledge these work-from-home requirements.
  • Must have a personal cell phone to install a security application.
  • Must be present in virtual work environment via company provided webcam during all working hours.
  • Must be meeting minimum performance levels and KPI's.
  • Minimum of 1 year office or collection experience.

Qualifications
A day in the life of a Professional Consumer Help Desk Representative:
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Successful candidates should have computer experience and phone proficiency (inbound/outbound calls), attention to detail, and high level of accuracy with data entry. Responsibilities include:
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls, negotiating and setting up payments.
  • Gathering and sending pertinent information as needed to the appropriate parties.
  • Assisting consumers resolve accounts appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Working with consumers, attorneys, and other third parties via phone, email, mail and well as online portal interface.

Professional Consumer Help Desk Representative qualifications:
  • AA preferred;
  • Must type a minimum of 35 words per minute;
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,) and Chrome;
  • Prior experience in a heavily regulated field or working with bankruptcy, identity theft, or fraud investigation, motor vehicle, and insurance claims, preferred.
  • Prior experience working in Health Record Systems, such as Epic, Cerner and Medtech, preferred.
  • Prior work-from-home experience.
