Job Description
The Consumer Finance Business Systems Sr. Analyst position is responsible for leading in production software deployments, upgrades, capacity planning, and software integration planning and execution. This includes supporting routine systems maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and adding efficiencies across multiple business environments.
How You'll Shine
Support system configuration for the loan and dues servicing platform, OFSLL. Lead and perform daily tasks within the scope of the role including but not limited to configuration, routine maintenance, update and create documentation and proactively support the infrastructure in production and non-production environments. Additional support with problem, and incident resolution as well as change management. 40%
Engage with internal business customers as well as external business partners in solution development scenarios in line with corporate standards and practices. 15%
Automate/enhance business processes in OFSLL as needed. 10%
Create SQL statements, reports, configuration of OFSLL system to support the business in their day-to-day processes. 10%
Successfully partner with technical support teams as well as internal business partners to ensure system stability and integrity. 10%
Coordinate, manage and improve internal release processes as applicable. 10%
Other duties as assigned. 5%

What You'll Bring
Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge and skills
Strong ability to work independently on projects that may not be clearly defined and are large in scope.
Strong ability to work with project team to develop cost-effective, customer focused solutions.
Strong ability to collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
General knowledge and comprehension of competitive forces shaping the vacation ownership industry.
Ability to identify, characterize and clearly present problems exposing underlying issues and break down relevant information by making comparisons and/or tradeoffs to find the most desirable option.
Ability to anticipate business needs and think with a business owner mind-set.
Ability to facilitate teams and develop strong relationships with all levels of management.
Ability to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and follow through.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects including continuous evaluation and re-ordering of priorities as business needs dictate.
Technical Skills
OFSLL system knowledge:
Clear understanding of OFSLL functionality
Clear understanding of data modeling – loans, lines, transactions
Clear understanding OFSLL file interfaces/file uploads
Clear understanding OFSLL rest api interfaces
• SME on OFSLL functionality
• SME with JSON/REST web services
• SME with SQL and Oracle databases
• SME Oracle BI Publisher
Job experience
Minimum 3 years in finance, IT, or related field
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
