Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the books and records of the company, ensuring records are timely, accurate and in compliance with GAAP, including month end and year end close cycles
- Manage annual and mid year preparation of Finance Statements for Eurasia Group and RealEstatePolitik, including financial review by external CPA firm and bank covenant requirements
- Manage EG tax compliance, including relationship with external CPA firm
- Ensure EG international entities are in compliance with local requirements, including financial statements, audits and tax returns and compliance
- Oversee Accounts Receivable including development of policies and procedures for effective sales recording and reporting in accordance with company policies, including development of controls and efficiencies within Finance and the wider EG team
- Oversee Accounts Payable including development of policies and procedures for effective capture, recording and payments, including cash management, employee expenses and credit card transactions
- Assist with implementation of any new systems and other ad hoc within Finance or the wider company
The applicable base salary range for this role is $150,000-170,000
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis
