Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Present and demonstrate product features to potential clients

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Generate leads by door knocking , cold calling and online marketing

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or outside sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,585.00 - $120,000.00 per year
