Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Light Duty Center Manager for our Seattle location. You will help AGC members in commercial construction by providing their injured workers who are restricted from full duty with Light Duty accommodation through use of our employer approved safety and construction materials. The training material and programs you will help administer are both portable for use at any location, as well as, at the Center locations in Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane and Arlington.
Responsibilities:

  • Assign and provide Light Duty program materials as directed by employers to their injured employees
  • Answer questions on the construction and safety related materials
  • Handle customer and attendee questions and concerns
  • Report and troubleshoot to help resolve any issues
  • Document and update attendance records and timecards
  • Contribute to our efforts to continually develop and update all our safety and construction materials

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial construction (preferably 10 years or more)
  • Previous experience in Construction Safety (please provide degree, and/or experience, as well s, certification(s) and list any previous training you have provided.
  • Ability to build rapport with people in the program and with their employer.
  • Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and problem-solve.
  • Proficient communication skills verbally and in writing
