SalaryImmediate Full Time opening for an experienced Construction Project Billing Specialist for a Commercial Flooring Company. Must be a highly competent and reliable team member for billing, and other general office responsibilities as required. The successful candidate needs to be detail oriented, organized, and efficient. Responsibilities and Duties
- Monthly processing of invoicing/contract billing for sales team members
- Review contracts received for discrepancies
- Interact with salesmen and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Create pay applications in customers 3rd party systems
- Track change orders
- Utilize computer to process reports and perform high volume data entry
- Work with our insurance company requesting proper insurance certificates
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Must be dependable and self motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous experience with AIA documents a plus
- Experience in Peachtree/Sage systems a plus
- Basic accounting knowledge a must

Required Experience/Education
- 2 years construction billing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent
