We are seeking a Construction Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative project specific tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Support construction field personnel
  • Order materials, issue purchase orders and track shipments
  • Issue, log and disseminate responses to RFP's, RFI's
  • Draft scope of work and subcontract agreements
  • Maintain insurance certificates and logs.
  • Maintain cloud based filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Construction Office administration
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Power Point
  • Ability to read Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical Plans and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
