Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative project specific tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Support construction field personnel
- Order materials, issue purchase orders and track shipments
- Issue, log and disseminate responses to RFP's, RFI's
- Draft scope of work and subcontract agreements
- Maintain insurance certificates and logs.
- Maintain cloud based filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Construction Office administration
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Power Point
- Ability to read Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical Plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
