MaxHome, backed by Renuity, is launching its latest product lines and hiring a Measure Tech for our office in Tallahassee! As a Measure Technician, you'll perform administrative, sales, and field support and complete window measure schedules for jobs as assigned while performing customer service activities for the Production Department. This position will assist in all production and sales customer service support for MaxWindow customers.

What You'll do:
- Exceed customer expectations by ensuring all internal and external clients are MAX HAPPY!
- Review window and bath SOW with customers in the home for all window and bath jobs. If there are issues, jobs will be placed on hold with clear directions for sales to fix.
- Measure windows, door, and bath products to ensure product accuracy when ordering.
- During the in-home visit, Measure Tech will set customer expectations for SOW, lead time, and an estimated install date; the scheduling team will give the customer a firm install date.
- Provide proactive feedback and suggestions to the company based on customer feedback, issues, and trends to help develop and implement systems and processes that will ultimately result in customer happiness and achievement of company goals. Proactively communicate with the production manager about current systems and trends for the development/improvement of existing systems and installations.
What You'll Bring:
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Road Warrior: will travel between Pensacola and Tallahassee regularly
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
- Obtain certification for all equipment used, as needed.
