This position is for a Construction Laborer who is an integral part of our Construction team in the field. The department consists of 4 people with yourself being the fifth. A typical day in the world of construction means collaborating with fellow construction employees on fiber installation projects, preparing bed foundations, utilizing a number of hand tools and installation equipment along with being responsible to keep the worksites in tip top condition and safely flagged/blocked off from traffic. Our employees are important to us so we start them out at above minimum wage - within a range of $15.00 to $19.00 per hour.
