We are seeking an extraordinary Construction Helper with the versatility to excel in diverse general maintenance tasks. We're on the lookout for a self-motivated individual with exceptional skills, ready to take initiative and thrive independently. Join us for an exciting opportunity!
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair facility and grounds
- Installing or repairing roofs, doors, and floors
- Painting walls and doors
- Assembling furniture such as desks, cabinets, or shelves
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Perform routine scheduled maintenance
- Assist in the installation of new equipment
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Must be able to work in a climate that varies in temperature including working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to use common power and hand tools
- Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs on occasion
- Must be able to work independently
- Bilingual a plus but not required
