Responsibilities:
- Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A
- Hazmat and tanker endorsement
- Acceptable driving record a must
- Able to drive a Fuel Truck
- Fuel fleets and servicing heavy equipment required
- Maintain heavy equipment
- Fuel and lube heavy equipment
- Perform daily safety checks of fluid levels on oil, water, fuel and inspections for leaks and damage to vehicle before operation
- Responsible for daily maintenance of equipment to remain in proper and safe working order
- Responsible for notifying supervisor if vehicle needs to be repaired
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
- Perform incidental work items and duties included within other crafts
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience running, maneuvering, driving, and navigating equipment.
- Must have previous Fuel Truck Experiance.
- Prefer candidates with High School Diploma or GED (not required)
- Must be able to communicate with others to convey information effectively
- Must be accustomed to working outdoors with all-weather conditions
- Must be able to perform physical activities that require bending, lifting (up to 40lbs), squatting, walking, and handling of materials
- Must have adequate transportation to and from work.
